Studies in the past have shown that over half of the adults in America drink coffee on a daily basis. Taking the total of these studies shows us that 3/4 of the American population drinks coffee.

The two ways drinking coffee can improve your health, is caused by two different ingredients in coffee. Those are antioxidants, and caffeine. These two substances can both improve your health and help with the effect of aging. The antioxidants in coffee have been proven to help your body repair damaged cells. Free radicals are produced naturally by the body daily while going through your normal activities of the day.

In the event that you hate heading to the tooth doctor, then may be your drink of choice. Coffee is shown to help prevent cavities.    
Drinking coffee has been shown to be able to prevent serious diseases, such as heart problems. When you combine drinking coffee to an already health lifestyle you can possibly avoid such health problems like hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.
